Our top Under 16s knew 214 was never going to be an easy chase, but you knew they were going to give it everything they could.

We started slow, only playing what was there for us, and succeeded often with some overs looking fantastic, but we also allowed a few too many maidens on the board and our run rate was lacking.
Juddy stood tall stacking up 56 while others fell around him, then Slinn followed that lead to make 55, and Deepan was hitting a run a ball and we were in right back in the hunt. But losing four for 14 shut us right back down and we ran out of overs while we saved those final wickets. So close in the end.
